I guess I can begin when The Darkness turned me away from Divinity:
Years ago, when I was a senior in High School, I somehow turned my back to my Divine Nature and unwittingly became enveloped by The Darkness by beginning to use and abuse drugs and alcohol.
About 9 years later, I reached a mental, physical and spiritual bottom and somehow, on November 20th, 1994, I managed to surrender to God by throwing my arms up in the air, looking up at the ceiling of my bedroom and saying:
“I’ll do anything you want. Just don’t ever let me use!”

Since then, I slowly began to turn my life away from The Darkness and back towards The Divine.
Today, I have over 29 years clean and sober
and my mental, physical and spiritual nature is more intact.

I definitely have turned my life around and I now, wholly follow my Divine Nature.

Divinity has been leading me down a path of a more advanced self-discovery
by embarking me on my own personal Know Thyself Journey.
(All of us celebrating my 29th clean anniversary at a speak-easy/dinner show in Madrid. We had just picked up my multiple years clean black key tag at a 12 step meeting on November 20th, 2023)

With methodologies such as Astrology, Numerology, Myers Briggs, Human Design, Strengthfinders, MIDAS and more,
I discovered my Divine Nature once again.

One day, Divinity had me come across this definition and or quote:
“Worry is a lack of faith.”
I realized if I’m worrying, it’s because I lack faith in the Divine and how does One develop faith in the Divine?
By praying and going within to find the proper guidance from The Divine and once we find the proper guidance from The Divine, we realize this is the process of getting to “Know Thyself”.
Divinity is within us and when we get to Know Thyself then we also get to know Divinity.
It’s this simple.

Today, I do not ever worry about anything because over the years, I have developed a very strong relationship with Divinity.
Divinity is with us at all times. So, how can One ever worry or be afraid of anything life throws at us? We can manage anything life throws at us, with the help of the Divine!

1) GO WiTHiN
2) DiSCOVER THE DiViNE
3) FOLLOW THE DiViNE
DiViNiTY KNOWS WHAT IS ONE’S PURPOSE AND DiRECTiON.
iT iS OUR JOB TO BUiLD A RELATiONSHiP WiTH DiViNiTY ON A DAiLY BASiS AND THEN DiViNiTY WiLL REVEAL TO US WHAT OUR PURPOSE AND PATH TRULY iS.
THE DARKNESS iS ONLY THERE TO TAKE US OFF COURSE.
WE MUST STOP FOLLOWiNG THE DARKNESS AND CHOOSE TO FOLLOW THE GUiDANCE FOUND WiTHiN US, WHiCH i CHOOSE TO CALL DiViNiTY.

TO GO WiTHiN, SiMPLY SiT UPRIGHT WiTH ONE”S HEAD SLiGHTLY NODDED iN A COMFORTABLE CHAiR OR LiE ON ONE’S BED OR ONE’S BACK ON THE FLOOR (WiTH OR WiTHOUT A YOGA MAT) AND SET A TiMER FOR 3 MiNUTES.
THEN CLOSE ONE’S EYES AND CONCENTRATE ON ONE’S BREATH FOR 3 MiNUTES.
BREATHE iN AND OUT THROUGH ONE’S NOSTRiLS.
AT FiRST, iTS BEST TO BE SiLENT AND JUST CONCENTRATE ON ONE’S BREATH. AS ONE iS BREATHiNG iN AND OUT FOR THE WHOLE DURATiON OF THE 3 MiNUTES.
LET ONE’S THOUGHTS GO, AS iF EACH THOUGHT WAS CAUGHT ON A FiSHiNG LiNE AND THEN GENTLY RELEASED BACK TO THE STREAM OF THOUGHTS AND CONSCiOUSNESS ONE iS HAViNG. LET ONE’S STREAM OF CONSCiOUSNESS FLOW FREELY. LET THE FLOW BE WHAT iT iS. ACCEPT THE FLOW AS iT iS. TRY TO CATCH ONE THOUGHT AT A TiME AND THEN GENTLY RELEASE THE THOUGHT BACK INTO THE STREAM OF CONSCiOUSNESS. WiTH PRACTiCE, THE FLOW WiLL BE FREE WiTHOUT EFFORT.
WHEN THE THREE MiNUTES iS DONE, REFLECT ON HOW ONE FELT AND iS CURRENTLY FEELiNG. NOTE ANY iMPULSES URGiNG ONE TO DO SOMETHiNG OR TO GET SOMETHiNG DONE. THiS iS DiViNiTY GUiDiNG ONE iN THE RiGHT DiRECTiON.
GO WiTHiN EVERY DAY FOR 3 MiNUTES FOR AT LEAST 7 DAYS AND REFLECT ON THE RESULTS iN A JOURNAL (ONE MAY CALL THiS ONE’S DiViNiTY THOUGHT JOURNAL).
iF ONE LiKES THiS METHOD OF GOiNG WiTHiN, KEEP THE TiME AT 3 MiNUTES, (UNLESS ONE GETS A FEELiNG TO iNCREASE THE AMOUNT OF TiME OF REFLECTiON AND CONNECTION TO DiViNiTY).
ONE WiLL BE GUiDED BY ONE’S iNTUiTiON AS TO WHAT TO DO NEXT. THE SOFT AND GENTLE VOiCE OF DiViNiTY iS OFTEN HEARD THROUGH ONE’S iNTUiTiON WHEN ONE GOES WiTHiN.
